What Are the Media "most effective" to promote your products or services?
Dear employer, in this article I want to teach "how to choose the most effective media to deliver your offers to your niche market directly, quickly and economically."
First let's review what all the existing media to promote your products or services, then I'll show you what the most effective you should choose for every occasion.
For this I will put a "model simulation" with a restaurant to see practically how we should act according to the conditions set forth for the marketing campaign.
Let's start ...
Once you've created your offer, you choose which is the most reliable for publication.
These are all means used in direct marketing:
TelevisiónRadioDiarioRevistasCartas of VentaFolletosVolantesMailsTarjetas PersonalesCarteles (signs) CallejerosTelemarketing
Now that you know them, see what features you need to keep in mind to know when to choose each of these channels of communication:
Geographical: This is an important element to consider when posting your offer, because if your niche is in your own area or locality must use local media.
However, if your prospects live outside your city then you must use means that are not local.
But be careful because this rule does not apply 100% of the cases, pay attention to the following example to understand it better:
If the restaurant owner works only with local customers should resort to pointing to the area to promote their offers.
For example you can use flyers to be distributed from house to house announcing their promotions. In this case if the rule applies above named.
Now consider the example from another point of view ...
The restaurant owner wants to increase their income, which is why their customers choose to incorporate the tourists visiting the city. But the employer is a big question, does not know whether to publish their promotions through local media, national, or both. Did you think you have to do?
The right thing in this case is published in local media but only with certain characteristics to take into account not only attract customers who live in the area but also to tourists. (Learn more about creating publicity in the following items that are on my page).
Investment: logically to implement the various media must make a monetary investment, but each medium requires a very different investment.
There are media that require minimal investment and some that do not need to invest to make known our offers. As well there are also communication channels that require a large investment to publish. We will examine each case and when to use:
Zero Investment: advertising through emails.
Small investment: printed advertising materials such as flyers, brochures, classified ads in newspapers and magazines, business cards (also called access) and Internet advertising.
Great investment: medium and large advertisements in newspapers and magazines, television, radio, billboards (signs).
Besides this classification also mentioned ad spending varies according to the scope of the public who have each medium. If you post in a provincial review of your advertising cost is nearly triple what it cost you to publish in the magazine in your city.
Everything depends on the money you want to spend. If you have just started a business that is wrong or economically have to hire any of the media you mention above, in which little money is invested. But if you take more than two years with your business or you can choose well financially means little or great investment. It all depends on what you invest.
For this reason it is to know where an ad and find out how much money you want to invest, can make a BIG difference in the results you get. Focus on your niche market and your financial situation to say that half going to promote. EYE with this topic!
What do you think about this article, What to use in your business strategy to promote your products or services?. If you have any questions or comments below and I write here will answer you personally. Thank you!
