PSP2 Very Good! ... But Not Both
(NGP, the future PSP2)
When Sony introduced the NGP, or PSP2 for friends, probably all were amazed at the spectacular technical features of the console. Of course the main concern was the price, as with all Sony products Risa, although some rumors gave us hope for the final price of the handset. Despite having been filed, no one ever knew exactly how much RAM and VRAM (video RAM) that was to have the device, however, it was predicted that values would be 512MB and 256MB, respectively, something that developers have given a wide margin to make things really powerful. Unfortunately, it appears that these features will not be the end, just to keep the price competitive with the 3DS, sold at $ 250U S. Apparently, Sony is planning to cut in half the values previously proposed, leaving the WiFi version of the console finally with 256MB RAM and 128MB of VRAM. But, of course, we must put things in perspective. Even with that amount of memory, the NGP will be much higher than competitors: the 3DS has 128MB, 16MB shared the DS, does the PS3? 256MB in both categories.
Furthermore, it is expected that the version has no internal storage WiFi, so games and multimedia content should be saved on a Memory Stick. With regard to the 3G version, it is unclear whether it will maintain the original levels of RAM, the same as the WiFi, or maybe a little better. They are expected to hold internal storage. A half-bad news, but I think the internal specifications are still pretty good compared with other portable consoles (and even household!). And if it is to offer a competitive price and low ... I think it's an acceptable change. Of course we speak of a price "competitive" at the international level, because what Argentina is concerned, the price probably will go through the roof (as a step in time with the PS and PS2. And never forget the PS3 and its nearly $ 5000 at major home appliances for sale). It is also good news, because it will be a great little beast!, Hopefully a Hardcore pleasure for this type of console.
