Exhaustion of Spirit or personal power, only leads to wear and thoughtless actions dispersed activities, unconscious decisions, which could be present in the work we do.

As owners of a hotel in a holiday destination, we are witnessing a change in daily energy on our customers. Holiday stress get to the hotel and do not know how to begin the relaxation process. With one or two days at the beach, reading or playing, the customer finds a place of peace, clarity and abundance. No cell phones, computers or busy schedules. A vacation, take people from their routine and forced to settle their energy. The year I would encourage people to take a vacation first, second, make aware of changes and thirdly to find the balance in your daily basis. The world population is worried about the depletion of ozone, natural resource depletion and environmental destruction. But we are forgetting what is our individual rejuvenation so that later we can focus on rebuilding the resources that we have not made aware.
