Photo Of The Day: 07/04/2011 "Father of R2D2"
Walking through the machine of an old merchant ship which sailed for years, discovered the device that inevitably reminded R2D2. He could have been his "father," if not for the famous fictional character was a robot of the type R2, which had belonged to the Naboo defense forces serving King Varuna. In its origins, its role is limited to repair any part of the ship. But he took a major role in the popular film sextología, since among other feats, such as rebuilding his sidekick, C3PO, saved the life of Queen Padmé Amidala. It was inseparable travel companion of Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi who helped his company to rescue the Chancellor. However, did you know that not all countries the lovable droid known by the same name?. Interestingly, in the Latin American countries, was called Arturito. Saxon phonics Castilianization R2D2 (ar your di tu). He would have loved, to walk among the punished engines that ship, having heard the familiar behind, bip bip biru. It seems that was not the only nostalgic, since, besides being able to find their own figures in plastic, fiberglass and even Lego format, some have invented a language translator R2D2.
That is, the words are introduced as desired and the program returns the sounds they emit our dear friend. You can try this link, not wasted http://www.r2d2translator.com/. The only limitation is that it supports more than thirty characters, which is not a matter of going crazy. I hope the fans of one of the great sagas of fantasy films of all time, enjoying the photo today.
