Tips on Body exfoliation
I remember a few years ago, when our body exfoliation treatment was only of the women who wanted to condition your skin for summer tan. Gradually, we have been adapting to care for the idea that every day is special. And so we have adopted the ritual of peeling as needed when preparing for a better absorption of beauty treatments.
What is exfoliation? Exfoliate is to conduct a thorough cleaning of the skin by dragging the dead cells to allow the skin to regenerate naturally and to have brighter skin.
Tips for exfoliating 1. We must do after cleaning the skin with our usual gel. 2. It is advisable to exfoliate once a month. 3. We will massage the skin in circles and emphasizing areas such as elbows and knees. 4. Never on wounds or sensitive areas.
Benefits of exfoliation is indicated: 1. before waxing and shaving, so they do not fester and get out the hair better. 2. for greater penetration and therefore a proper effect of beauty treatments. 3. for the self tanner look good and not spread apart. 4. to maximize the effects of daily hydration.
Dry For dry exfoliation: 1. A mitt, made a deep peel. 2. Gloves H & M cosmetics, ideal for a gentle exfoliation. 3. Toilet brush, scrub in between. 4. Bamboo powder, if you want a spectacular skin.
With wet skin exfoliating gel, there are very different.
With the peel, the skin will be softer to the touch and sight more palatable, more delicious. This will make us feel more attractive, safer and ultimately more happy.
