Fruit Cake (Recipe)


Ingredients: Base: 1 sheet puff pastry refrigeradoCrema filling: 150 gr. sugar lemon peel (yellow part only) 200 gr. líquida200 cream gr. Philadelphia1 type cheese huevos50 maicena4 tablespoon gr. of mantequillaDecoración: 5 or 6 fresones3 kiwis1 plátanoGlaseado: 100 gr. of azúcar100 gr. water2 teaspoons of lemon juice PREPARATION: Base: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Stretch the sheet of puff pastry on a baking tray, cut strips of 3 or 4 inches wide and place it on the edges of the dough, prick the base of the cake with a fork (only the base, not the edges) and brushed with egg (I have not done) in the oven until edges begin to rise and brown.

Filling: put in the bowl of the Thermomix very dry sugar and programmed 30 seconds, progressive speed 5-10. Add the well dried lemon peel and set speed 1 minute 5-10. We add to the glass all the remaining ingredients of the filling and program speed 7 minutes 100 º 4 (if the ingredients are cold from the fridge add two more minutes). Leave to cool and poured over the pastry cream once cold and hojaldre.Glaseado: rinse the cup and put the glaze ingredients. We schedule 10 minutes Varoma temperature, speed 2 (I've done it in a saucepan in vitro). Mounting and decoration while the icing is the fruit peel and cut in thin slices and placing on the cream we decoratively. (We can use other fruits, which we like).
