5 Tricks to Eat Healthy


Each new season began with high hopes, after the holidays or the beginning of the year we say that it's time to take care of our true power. But over time we lose that energy and you may even forget our plans. Share with you several tricks to get back on track and starting to feel like never before.

1. Say goodbye to diet - So much for changing diet each month, to follow a different system from a different journal or why it worked for a friend. It is not eating a certain way for 15 days and then return to our routine pre-cooked food with excess or junk food.

The correct approach is to think about healthy eating in positive terms. Healthy food must not be confused with boring food, by contrast, can be tasty, and also brings more nutrients being.
